Full lace wigs sometimes may tangle like natural hair. they require good maintenance and proper care condition. Two types of wigs exist. Such synthetic fibre can't endure heat while human hair wig can,they can be styled with hot iron and you can change their color. The process to stop this proble is the same.
How to care wig?Apply leave-in conditioner after washing and let it air dry.Shampoo lace wig sometimes,use a mild shampoo. Too much sweat and dirt will cause tangles. Wash the full lace wig in 10 days or after 7 days wearing.after washing,brush the wig with a soft bristled brush or a wide tooth comb,for small curly wigs,you'll have to brush with your fingers, brush wig hair 2 to 3 times each day to avoid tangles.Spray the hair with a leave in conditioner everyday.
The best way to detangle wig is with a detangler product and comb.
First prepare the tools:Wig clamp,Canvas head,Leave-in conditioner,Detangler spray,Comb;
1.Attach the wig clamp to the working area. The clamps can be attached to a table, counter or shelf,so it is conventient to style and brushout tangles easily.
2.Secure the canvas head on the wig clamp.this allows a sturdy base for the lace wig in the detangle period.
3.Spray a detangler on the wig. Coat the hair with a conditioner or oil to smooth the surface of the lace wig.
4.Brush out tangles from the hair using a wide tooth comb,for small curl styles,comb tangles with your finger-tips. Any comb will work for short to medium-length hair,and wide-toothed comb is suitable for wavy or curly hair and long, straight hair. To avoid damage to the long lace wig, curly hair comb out tangles your finger-tips.
5.Comb the hair starting at the ends. After you work the tangles out at the ends of your lace wig, move up to the top. Keep combing till it is free of tangles.
Do not use heat on your full lace wig, such as curling irons or hair dryers.Do not blow dry,it's better air dry. Heat can damage whatever synthetic or human hair.
