How to Remove Tape and Adhesive Glue From Lace Front Wig or Full Lace Wig

We always use tape,adhesive,glue when attach lace wig,after remove them,the delicate material lace can easily damaged by ripping or be frayed sometimes.Lace wigs are designed to many types for different wearers'styles and cost few time to maintain. If we don't handle the lace with care,the lace can easily damaged by ripping or be frayed sometimes. Once the lace is ruined, the look of the wig's hairline and scalp illusion that is achieved by the lace won't be natural anymore. By using products that you may already have in your home, you can protect your lace so that it lasts and looks good all the time.

Adhesive glue will stain the wig lace after removed lace wig,the lace is very delicate material that is attached to the cap as a base.so we must remove lace wig carefully.

Things You'll Need:
Acetone/alcohol,
Glass bowl,
Cotton ball.

Steps:
1.Pour about 1 tbsp. of "100% acetone" or "99% isopropyl alcohol" into a small glass bowl. Although you can use either method, the acetone can remove the tape adhesive quickly than the alcohol material.

2.Place one cotton ball inside of the bowl so that it becomes soaked with acetone or alcohol liquid.

3.Place the soaked cotton ball onto the lace of the lace front wig or full lace wig in the area where the tape is securing the lace to your skin. Dab the acetone or alcohol around the entire circumference of the lace wig where is lace base.

4.Wait 5 to 10 minutes. at the time you wait, you can dab more acetone or alcohol onto the lace to keep it wet enough.

5.Gently lift the lace front wig or full lace wig unit from your head. You can now use your fingers to remove any remaining tape by gently pulling it away from the wig cap lace base.
